Hello.
On some computers I have seen a bar at the bottom of the sceen, next to the
"START" button. It sometimes hides automatically, sometimes stays up. Don't
know what it is called, maybe taskbar or toolbar, not sure.
My question is this: how do I create shortcuts to it, such as shortcuts to
desktop, IE etc?
Tried drag and drop, but it doesnt work.

It's called the Quicklaunch bar.....
Right-click anywhere in the taskbar, uncheck "Lock the Taskbar" if that is
checked, then right-click again, select "Toolbars" and click on
Quicklaunch.
