How do I create a shortcut to do the following:
Start button, Connect to, right-click on my Dial-up Connection, select
Properties, select the Advanced tab, check/uncheck the item "Establish a
dial-up connection whenever a computer on my network attempts to access the
Internet"
As you can likely see, I want to be able to toggle on and off the ability of
other PCs to connect to the Internet via my ICS connection. There are times I
want them to be able to launch my dial-up connection and there are times I do
not want them to launch my dial-up connection.
It may have something to do with RUNDLL32.EXE followed by other parameters,
but I have spent the past two hours searching the Internet in vain.
