I know how to create shortcut keys for almost anything - but this new issue
came up. The autotext entry is a user defined one that is being used heavily
in out template. Having a shortcut key would be useful.

I can't use macros because the template designer doesn't want any???

If you go to Tools | Customize, same place as you would assign other
shortcut keys--scroll down in the left column and you will see AutoText as
an option.
