Create setup project with .NET 2005 beta2 & Crystal report XI

HI all,

i need to understand how to generate the project described in subject.

Now my application works only where i have installed .net!

Which merge modules have i to use?
I tryed some .msm but i don't can go out from this trouble!

i red a lot about many .msm files but no one works.
i receive the following error:

The type initializer for
"CrystalDecision.CrystalReports.Engine.ReportDocument" threw an
exception. CrystalDecision.Crystalreports.Engine"

What can i do?
