How to create a search folder for specific multiple catagories

Can I create a search folder that only shows emails which have 'Catagory A'
AND 'Catagory B'?

I can't seem to achieve this in outlook 2003.

Yes, you can do this by specifying the categories on the Advanced tab when
setting up the criteria.
It might go easier by enabling the Query Builder.
