Create a search and go to button

I would like to be able to type in a cell hit a find tab or button and have
the macro locate and go to the cell that correlates to the text/number I have
typed.

Why not just use the Name Box (Just above column A). It will display the
currently active cell address. Type a cell address in there and it will take
you directly to that cell.
