Blocking the words only works if the words are in the subject line.
Blocking
the senders or their domains only works if the senders keep using the same
return address, or at least addresses in the same domain, and many spammers
keep changing their return addresses without telling the truth about what
return address they have or even what domain it is in.
You may have to change to a different email program to be able to use
more flexible rules for blocking messages. I haven't tried Windows Live
Mail, but at least it's easy to move over your saved messages from
Windows Mail:
