Create a rule to follow link in a message

For testing purposes I am trying to create a rule that will follow a
(dynamic) link in emails that Outlook recieves.

I can have Outlook run a batchfile to go to a static link but unforunitly my
links are dynamic.

Does anyone know of a way to have Outlook automatically follow a link in any
email it recieves?
