I need to know if it is possible to write an Outlook Rule that will take an
Email Appointment and automatically accept the appointment. The emails are
generated by a software program and send from a non monitored User Account.
Some users can receive up to 150 per day

Yes. You can do it with a rule and a script (in versions of outlook that
have an action to run a script) - see
