I need to create a quiz that will track a customers response to about 20 ?s
that will have three responses each correlating to one of the three body
types I'm trying to provide as a final answer. I would like to have the
program track these answers and provide a percentage on the final page ex.
37% x body type, 12% y body type, and 51% z body type. Is this possible>??

This can be done with VBA. I don't have the exact presentation you
request on my site, but I have several examples that track users answers:

Note that my site is having problems this morning, so if you can't get to
that site visit the alternative at:

Start by looking at the Chapter 7 examples.
