Thanks Glenna, but I guess that I am a real idiot, because I looked at both
suggestions and I am still as in the dark as a burned out light bulb.

I
need to be able to have a picture of my desktop on the slide so that I can
walk anyone through what steps to take to save a file. I am sure that it is
something simple but I have yet to figure it out. I am not able to purchase
software for this laptop since it belongs to the company. So if you have any
other suggestions I would again appreciate any and all help possible.
