Using this opportunity to ask a question. I use Outlook 2003 but have Office
2000 and a copy of WORD 2002 that came with new PC. I have used pictures with
email signatures before using WORD as editor and simply inserted either .jpg
or .gif and saved as signature and all was well when I composed email.
Created a new sig today and it shows up in signature file in Outlook but when
I compose I get the dreaded box with red X instead of picture. Tried to use
another sig with pic that I used before with success and same thing happens.
I have the 'download picture' option checked but pictures I use are ALL saved
on my hard drive and not directed from a web page. I also used the right
click option in the sig box to add the picture but same red X box appears.
What am I doing wrong? Driving me nuts.
