Create Outlook rule to copy attachment to a My Docs folder.

I would like to create an Outlook Rule that will identify a message from a
sender and move the attachment(s) from Outlook to a folder on my local drive.
In this case a folder in My Documents. The folder is already created.

There are third party tools that can do this, see slipstick.com
