Create a new word document using fields from an access form

I am using Access 2003 and would like to create a command button from a
client form which opens a new document in word and inserts the clients name
and address. I have read several posts on this but all seem more complicated
than I would have expected. Am I missing something? Can anyone suggest the
best way forward?
