Create a new winlogon process

Hi,

How could create a new winlogon process? I'm trying to show a second
logon screen in a multi-monitor system. Is there any way to do that?

I've tried switching from Default desktop to winlogon desktop on the
second monitor, but I couldn't open it using
OpenDesktop("Winlogon",...).
