I cannot seem to figure out how to create a new and separate journal. I
looked at the help menu and searched in all topics. Does anyone have an
answer. Greatly appreciate it.

For what purpose do you want to create a new separate journal? What do you think it will be able to do?

I have two email accounts. One for work and one for pleasure. I'd like to
journal all outgoing and incoming email fron each account in separate
journals.

Are these profiles or simply accounts? AFAIK, you cannot Journal entries from 2 accounts in the same profile, but you can Journal activities for separate profiles in separate Journals.
