How to create multiple Word documents from one word document via pages

I have created a mailmerge letter in MS Word 2003. The mail-merged document
contains 20 pages (1 letter per page). However, I would like to save the
individual letters as different file name for archival purpose.

Please could you advice how I could do this? It would be very
time-consuming to copy and paste individual letters from this mail-merge
document into a new document before saving as a new file.

Many thanks in advance,
