How to create multiline description for appointment?

I watched a demo of Outlook Calendar Basics (Calendar 07).
In the demo, it shows dragging the handle to make the appointment longer.
Then, three short lines of the details were entered.

When I tried it, I am able to enter only single line but I could not write
three short lines as seen in the demon.
Does anybody know how to do? Jorge
