Create Multi-Row Tabstrip with MS TabStrip WebControl

A while ago I needed to implement a multi-row tab control for a .NET 2
web project, but without having to purchase any 3rd party solutions. I
decided to use Microsoft's IE Tabstrip control. Although not
officially supported by Microsoft anymore, this control is for free.
