Word 2007 doesn't really do toolbars, except for the Quick Access Toolbar.
There is provision for showing toolbars brought in via Word 2003 templates
in the AddIns ribbon, but that's about it. To customize the ribbon (which is
distinctly _not_ a toolbar), you need to learn a variety of XML or use a
third-party utility.
