Create longer "Move To Folder" drop-down list, "Other Folder" dial

Outlook 2007: It would save me enormous amounts of time to be able to have a
longer "Move to Folder" drop-down list and a longer "Other Folder" dialog box
when managing email messages. Any clues? Any way to make a (probably
futile) suggestion to Microsoft?

Select Folder List for the Navigation Pane and D & D there.
