I have a split db that I develop on my local pc. Is there a way for me to
change the table links to a given path prior to delivering to my client so
that I do not have to do on-site?

No. Unless you recreate their network.
So you do the next best thing: you reattach at Startup time. You can
have a hardcoded path for the customer location. You can test the
Domain name, and if the customer's domain name, it reattaches to that
path.

I tell my contact person at the Client company to start the app once
(tables reattach) and then make THAT copy available to everyone else.

Yes, that's has been my approach. However, not all clients have the skill
level to even follow easy instruction little alone relinking tables. I will
delve into hard coding it at startup. Thank you.
