Is there a way to create a link (Preferably a hyperlink on a web page) to
launch remote assistance to a specific computer?? I am trying to set up a
help desk web site and would like to give the help desk operators an easier
way to connect to the computers rather than looking up the name of the user's
computer in a table and typing it in. I already have remote assistance set
up and running. I already have a shortcut to remote assistance:

"%ProgramFiles%\Internet Explorer\iexplore.exe"
hcp://CN=Microsoft%20Corporation,L=Redmond,S=Washington,C=US/Remote%20Assistance/Escalation/Unsolicited/Unsolicitedrcui.htm

but I am not sure of the command line parameter to add to get it to connect
to a specific computer. Thanks.
