I'm really trying to prove myself in this new job here, so any help you guys
have would be great!!!

What I'm trying to do is implement a "Month End Checklist" which I have
already created in excel, into a sortof Callendar Task? I'm not sure if I'm
even looking in the right direction.

We are all on the same server, we all use Microsoft Outlook 2003, but we do
not have MS Project.... so I am basically looking for a way I can publish my
checklist, so anyone can look at it and see which task have been completed
and by whom. And maybe assign tasks and deadlines?? Anything you guys can
tell me will be helpful.

What type of back end are you using with Outlook, if any? Exchange?

That's not an Outlook back end. What type of account did you define in
Outlook?

Brian,

Yes, I'm sorry about that. Yes, Microsoft Exchange Server.

I think I try creating a Tasks folder in the Public Folders and put tasks for
people there. They can mark them complete as they finish them.
