Hi

I have XP Pro, my install disk is the original, before SP1 or SP2.
I know how to create an Install Disk that includes the Service Packs BUT is
it possible to create an install disk for Windows XP Pro that includes the
Service Packs and all of the Updates that are installed on my system.

thanks

Daniel

I've created a slipstreamed XP_sp2 disk and have had no problems.
never tried one with the updates....but see no reason why the method
described would not work

Thanks, but I was looking for a method that included the installed updates,
using the data on my PC rather than having to download the updates
separately.

regards

Daniel

You'd need to image the entire drive really...
but of course it really only work on your present machine
