Create hierarchy "tree navigation" like in Macromedia

Usually I create hierarchy "tree navigation" (not three navigation - sorry
for that) in my presentations with Macromedia Dreamweaver and Macromedia
Flash.

I cant see how powerpoint support this navigation with these clear
overview of the content in my presentation for the audience.

I appreciate if someone out there could give me some answer.
