I found the verisign and other similar sites very confusing myself. If
you're using Excel 2007, you can set an entire Directory structure so that
all macros are enabled in the subdirectory on a drive. For prior to 2007
what I had done was set security to medium so it would enable all Excel
macros. Both of these methods have their good and bad points. They are fast
and they COULD cause issues if you download a virus. Outside of this, I
don't get it. Apparently nobody else does either or you'd have gotten
