First, I need to point out I am very new to programming so please bear
with me.

I was curious if there was anyway to create ASP.Net forms on the fly
using data from tables in a MSSQL database. We have two tables one for
questions and another for answers, the tables are linked togethre by a
question set ID. Is there a way to choose the question set ID on a
form and and have a form be created dynamically using the question
table as the lables and the answer table as the answers for comboboxes
or just a textbox for open ended questions? Any help would be
appreciated.

Thanks
