Q2 makes no sense. You cannot "set up an email account in a LAN".
You might as well ask "How do I book a flight to Miamo on my phone".
The phone itself does not give you the facility to book a flight but if you
ring a travel agent, using your phone, then you can do it.

Here are a few ways to set up an EMail account:
- On Hotmail or on Yahoo.
- On Exchange (if you have an Exchange server).
- On an internal POP3 server (if you have installed one).
- On an external mail server (if you have access to one).
