create email headers using Windows Mail in Vista

I am using Vista and would like to configure my inbox as it appeared in
Outlook. I would like the email sender's names to become a header, and
subsequent emails from that sender to be organized under the header. The
messages are hidden until the drop down feature is utilized. thank you.

Windows Mail doesn't have that feature.
