How to create a dynmaic pin in a video capture driver base on testCap

Hello, everyone
I'm writing a video capture filter driver based on DDK
Sample testcap. I want to get a function in this driver like
SplitCam(http://www.splitCamera.com). when I use the filter
in graphEdt, the diver can create a new pin dynmaicly when
we connect the filter and delet the pin dynmaicly at the time
of break connect the filter.
I think this is vert cool funtion, But how can I get this.

Any suggestion would be apprieciated, and thank you in advance
