You would need to search for a JavaScript DHTML Menu Script, unless using FP2003.
In your IE address bar type:
? JavaScript DHTML Menu Scripts
Suggest the you do not use frames, unless you are prepared deal with the issues associated with
their use. I user can not easily add to favorites pages that display in a frames, if you need to
send a link to a product to someone, you will have to them to a link that open outside the frameset,
also the search engine will index your site, but the links will load outside of the frameset, as
well.
