Create DLL from MFC C++ VC

I need to access a C++ MFC within a VB.net application, and since the C++ 's
functionality would be required on other Net applications, I would like to
convert it to a DLL. Are there any examples of this? I am using VS2008 on
XP in a 32 bit environment.
