create distribution list

Hi All,

I know how to create a distribution list but I want to create a
distribution list in my second emailbox.

I have two emailboxes, the primary one is on my name and the secondary
one is shared with my boss.
The Contacts from my primary emailbox are in my addressbook. Those
from my secondary are not. They tell me it is not possible to add
these to the addressbook.
Still I want to create a distribution list based on contacts in my
secondary emailbox. The problems is you cannot select the Contacts if
they are not in your own emailbox.

Does anyone know how to do this or how to add the secondary emailbox
contacts to my addressbook.
