I'm using Business Contact Manager for the first time. I've entered Business Contacts and assigned a category from each one. I am able to sort my contacts by category. I want to send an e-mail to people in only one category. I will eventually have hundreds of contacts entered. Is it possible to create a distribution list from my category list?

Switch to the By Category view, select the contacts in the category you want
to send to, then choose Actions | New Message to Contacts.

In Business Contact Mgr, I select the radio button "View By Category" and then I click on the desired "Category" header. But when I click on "Actions," most of the actions are unavailable (greyed out) including "New Message to Contact". Any idea why? I've checked, and all of the Contacts in the category have valid e-mail addresses; I can select any of them individually, click "Actions," and BCM offers me the option of sending New Message to Contact. Its only when I try to select the Category Header for all of the contacts at once that I get the problem. Thx
