Create detailed signatures in Outlook 2002 with Advanced Word

I am trying to create complex signatures with artwork, and text boxes, using
Advanced Word in Outlook. This is done with a large text box, separate text
boxes inside for the artwork and wording of the email, then all are Grouped.
This looks fine when in Outlook you go to file new - everything in place, but
once sent to someone, it all falls apart. What am I doing wrong that makes
the email fall apart. Any help anyone can give me on this would be greatly
appreciated.

Jill
