How to create custom controls using .NET 2005 for Smart Devices?

Hi,
Can anyone help how to create Custom Controls using .NET 2005 for Smart
Device or Windows mobile 5.0 based Pocket PC?
I tried to create the a Custom Button for Magneto Pocket PC. When I drag and
drop the Custom Button into the Pocket PC Form, the InitilizeCompont did not
triggered?
