how to create conf. room resource

      31st Jul 2003
I have Exchange 2K with clients using Outlook 2K. We have
a public calendar for the company and I want users to be
able to schedule conference rooms and other AV equipment.
How do I make these items, with the conf. rooms being most
important, resources so that people will not be double
booking them.

any ideas?

I probably should have mentioned that we have a public
folder called CompanyCalendar and this is what everyone
uses as a corp. calendar. I want the conf. room resource
and other resources to be used on this corp. calendar,
which again is a public folder.
