How to Create a CLOCK DB

I have a question im creating a DB for my bussiness after each day i want my db to create reports and store the information recorded for that day.

24 hour clock! system clears db but still records it somewhere.

. when my employees log in the next day they will be shown a clear clean empty DB with no logs records. However if i want i would like to be able to view them

i have no idea how to create a 24 hour clock db can someone help me im new at this.
