I am creating a website that is going to have a client login section with a
password for each client, and each client will have their own section and
access to only select "Sub Site"...does anyone know how to acheive this in
Frontpage??

What exactly will these clients be doing once they are logged in?
What operating system will your site be hosted on, Unix/Linux or Windows?
What Server Side script and database does your web host support?

Basically clients will be able to select options that is specific to the
building of the house. There is no transefer of sensitive data, but each
client that logs on will display information that is pertaining to their
account.

Windows based system.

I am hosting with Gate.com, and they use php

You will need a DB and server side scripting
Since they are a Windows Server check if they support ASP and Access DB
See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=321439
Otherwise you will need to search for a PHP and (probably) MySQL Login script package
