I'd like to create a button on my Outlook toolbar so that I can send email to
a specific public folder. Currently, I can use the "copy to Folder" option,
but we have an extensive tree system and finding the particular folder is
painful.

So, is there a way that I can create a macro or use the copy to folder
option to send an email to a specific folder?

Many thanks!
Dianne
