I have an .iso image from MSDN. How can i create either a bootable CD or
something so I can rebuild my laptop?

I only have a CD Rom in my laptop and I need to rebuild it and I only have
the .ISO image from msdn.

You should have the CD/method the laptop manufacturer gave you to rebuild
the laptop.
Contact them.
