I cannot seem to find a way to do this and I was wondering if anyone
had any ideas...

Let's say I manage a group of 60 people. When a person's vacation
request is approved, I would like to create an all day event (with
time displayed as free) to send to all 60 people. That way, each
person's calendar will have the team's vacation notices right at the
top, without having to go to another calendar.

The downside is, that I do not want email notifications to go out to
all 60 people ever. Not when the vacation event is created, nor when
it is modified, nor to remind people that they have an event to
attend. I am looking to benignly place an event on all of my team's
personal calendar.

How can I do this?
