create batch script for import outlook rules

's Computer Specifications

anyone know where to find batch script for importing rules in outlook?
I want to make rule which reads subject and if it contains "This is spam",
move it to Junk E-mail folder.
I need this by batch script because I want to deploy that on all macines
with group policy on Active Directory.
