How to create Auto generated values in DataTable?

Can anyone tell me how to create auto generated values in a DataTable
column?

Can you be more specific about what you're trying to do? Give me a scenario.
For example, do you want to automatically generate a key value when the user
adds a new row? Do you just want to place a value in an existing cell? What
exactly are you trying to do?
