Create and save templates

's Computer Specifications

I am trying to create a set of mail templates. I expected to have an option
to save as template, but I only have one option in my Save As box.
How do I do it?

I want the templates folder visible in Outlook along with all my other
folders - not buried away in a place I cannot see it.
