how to create "Add to my Calendar" functionality to a webpage

On my company's intranet site, we will have a listof corporate events. I
would love to create a link next to each event that allows users to Add the
Event to their Outlook Calendars. I'm pretty sure I've seen this before, but
I don't know how it works....Does anyone have any experience with this?
