Hi

I am very new to PDF forms. I am currently generating paper forms from data
using reporting facilities in MS Access, vb.net apps etc. I am now required
to turn these reports into PDF forms that can be sent via email to clients
who can then fill in the remaining fields not filled-in in the first place
at form creation.

How do I proceed from here? What technologies do I need and how to use them
to cerate such forms?
