I would like to create a simple 3D animation into Powerpoint. A pyramid that
shows different messages when I turn it. Has anybody done this in a simple
manner?

One possible way is to create a triangle using autoshape, then turn on the 3D
setting. You can then use swivel, stretch, collapse to turn/flip the triangle.

You might want to consider using Perspector also.

Another possibility is to build different slides with the triangle and
message in it then creat hyperlinks to those pages that can then return to
the original triangle slide
