Create a 2 column table used for data entry on a user form?

I need to create a 2 column table with 15 rows on a user form. I need
to be able to provide the user with a way to enter data in each
individual cell of this table. Do I just have to create a 30 text
boxes and align them to look like a table or is there a better way?
